速凝膏漿技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

摘 要:基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生滲漏不僅影響到施工的正常進(jìn)行,還可能威脅到建筑物的穩(wěn)定,因此通常需要灌漿形成防滲帷幕來控制滲流. 常規(guī)水泥漿、水泥粘土漿、砂漿甚至低級(jí)配的混凝土對(duì)于高流速、大流量的滲漏地層,其堵漏效果一般都不顯著. 結(jié)合廣西某水電站壩基堵漏工程,對(duì)水泥膏漿和速凝膏漿技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,為中等開度、一定流速的動(dòng)水裂隙堵漏灌漿提供了一種新材料、新工藝.

Abstract :
The seepage in the foundation of dam has influence on not only the construction , but also the stability of building. So grouting usually was used to control the seeping. The antiseeping effects of cement slurry , cement clay slurry , cement sand slurry and also lowgrade concrete to be used in the seeping stratum with high rate , large discharge , are generally not good. In this paper , the cement paste slurry and quick coagulating cement paste slurry technology were be studied , and used in the antiseepage project of one foundation of dam in Guangxi province. This technology is a new material and technology to antiseepinggrouting in the seeping stratum with medium opening and medium rate moving water.

基礎(chǔ)發(fā)生滲漏是工程中經(jīng)常遇到的問題,不僅帶來滲透損失,更重要的是可能威脅到上部建筑物的穩(wěn)定,因此一般都需要對(duì)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行防滲處理. 覆蓋層不深的土層、砂礫石層通常都采用截水槽、防滲墻等,而對(duì)于深厚覆蓋層的砂礫石層和巖基滲漏
