墨西哥Cemex公司貸款還債

    世界第三大水泥制造公司Cemex SA公司, 從銀行借款八億美金還債,以此減少債務(wù)費用。 Cemex是以墨西哥的蒙特雷為基地的公司,第一季度凈債務(wù)從2000年底的71億美金減少到53億美金。 Cemex公司財務(wù)人員說,他們在美國(簽發(fā)的)商業(yè)票據(jù)三億美金, 另外還計劃還5.5億美金的貸款。

    公司沒有透露銀行的名字及借款項目。Cemex公司主席說,他們預(yù)計公司今年的收入將增加4%, 大概75億美金。不考慮利息、稅務(wù)、貶值等因素所得收入將增加11%, 大概23.5億美金。

    墨西哥是Cemex公司的最大市場, 2003年, Cemex公司收入是72億美金,墨西哥就占了36%。同時美國是Cemex公司水泥的最大銷售國，占收入的24％，西班牙占17％。
